Whether you’re looking for a solution for your data annotation, lead   generation or research/list building needs, the first step is to identify the process you would like to take off your plate or scale. Don’t settle with only one workflow! Our analysts can handle multiple workflows at a time and can act as an extended team to help with other workflows as they come up.

A typical workflow would fit the following description:

Define the workflow and explain the steps required to complete the task. Include examples and descriptions of the relevant steps and tools to be used. 

We can always guide you and help you through this process.

Hint: Guidelines can be time consuming and annoying to produce. We recommend doing a screen recording via Loom, for example, that explains the process from A to Z. Much clearer and faster than a written guide!

This step is entirely up to you! You get to decide when you need the task to be complete in case of a one-off project, or if it’s a constant workflow, when it needs to be done.

Depending on the timeline, together we can determine the number of analysts we need to put on the project. We can always add additional analysts to the team if needed!

That’s the end of the workflow onboarding process. From now on, we will open up a regular communication channel, such as a common Slack channel. Our team of analysts starts working on the task, communicating any questions or clarifications in the channel, as well as feedback when necessary.

Hint: We encourage our analysts to be as communicative as possible. We want this to be a partnership and ensure feedback goes both ways!
